Neal Breton is one helluva guy and an amazing artist. He’s the guy that dragged me kicking and screaming into his studio and then beat me until I painted stuff that he was satisfied with. Thanks, pal!
Jeff Classen is a really busy guy. Not only are his paintings rad, but he also runs a gallery and does a lot for San Luis Obispo’s art scene. Buy some of Jeff Classen’s amazing prints, shirts, buttons and whatnot at his Etsy store. After you do that then check out the Jeff Classen Gallery’s store to purchase some rad art from some of the California Central Coast’s best artists (like Jeff classen and Neal Breton). I have reason to believe that Jeff is also the mastermind behind Dayler, an online shop that sells some rad handmade wallets.
Brian Ewing is, by far, my favorite poster artist.
I just bought a sculpture by Damon O’Keefe and I’m really happy to own it. Check out his blog while you’re at it.
Spend your money
Casita Del Pueblo is a great store & art gallery in Uptown Whittier. Stop by if you’re in the area and then buy a lot of stuff because many of the goods in the store are made by local artists…like me!
By No Means Average is my friend Mercedes’ shop. Studies have shown that her clothes make the wearer 35% more attractive.
Let the INCREDIBLY attractive stylists at Underground Salon in Long Beach make you look 10 times better. Take a look at some amazing paintings while you’re there.
Spike’s Bar in Rosemead, CA is known for their strong drinks, loud rock shows and excellent DJ’s. I’ve had way too much to drink there way too many times.
